Road Cycling
Structured coaching for road athletes focusing on endurance development, power output, race tactics, climbing efficiency, and seasonal planning. Ideal for criteriums, road races, gran fondos, and long-distance events. Mountain Biking (MTB) MTB coaching blends technical handling, strength training, and aerobic conditioning. Perfect for cross-country (XC), trail, enduro, and off-road athletes who want better control, improved climbing endurance, and confident descending. Cyclocross (CX / Cross) High-intensity CX training that develops fast power, repeatability, cornering skills, dismounts/remounts, and race-day pacing. Designed for beginners through elite racers preparing for the fall/winter cyclocross season. Time Trial (TT) Aerodynamic efficiency, pacing strategies, and power-based training tailored to individual courses. TT coaching includes position analysis, threshold development, and fine-tuned interval work. |
Gravel Cycling
Gravel racing requires stamina, bike handling, fueling strategy, and smart power management. Training plans incorporate long-steady endurance rides, mixed-terrain intervals, and equipment setup guidance. Bikepacking & Touring Coaching for riders preparing for multi-day adventures, long tours, or self-supported bikepacking routes. Training includes load management, route planning, endurance & strength development, and gear selection for safe, efficient travel. Beginner to Advanced Recreational Cycling For riders who simply want to get stronger, ride longer, improve fitness, or build confidence on the bike. Emphasis is on foundational skills and progressive training plans that build strength and endurance. Triathlon, Ironman & Multi-Discipline Events Comprehensive development across all sports, strength & fitness while maintaining balance of life (family, work, etc) with the demands of multi-sport training. High awareness of over-training and burnout. Guidance on pacing and pushing limits. |
