Training Plans

Level 3

Training Plans: Three Month Periodization Customized Plan

Initial Interview and Setup: $85, includes Training Peaks Basic Client Account

Lactate Threshold Field Test and Analysis: $50 for first time test optional; $100 for each additional test

Communication:   1 e-mail per week, athlete initiated

Training Plan Revisions: 1 Review/update after 6 weeks into the program

Individual Training Rides: Full Price ($100 for 1.5 hour session)

Commitment: 3 month block

Power Based Plans: Yes, if applicable

Heart Rate Based Plans: Yes

Cost:  $160 for 3 month plan

Level 2

Training Plans:  Monthly, Fully Customized Plan

Initial Interview and Setup:  $85, includes Training Peaks Basic Client Account

Lactate Threshold Field Test and Analysis:  $40 for first time test optional; $90 for each additional test

Communication: 1 e-mail per week, athlete initiated; 1 phone call per week, coach or athlete initiated

Training Plan Revisions: One revision per month

Individual Training Rides: 10% discount ($90 for 1.5 hour session)

Commitment:  3 month block on signup; 2 months at a time after

Power Based Plans:  Yes, if applicable

Heart Rate Based Plans:  Yes

Cost:  $100 Per Month

Level 1

Training Plans:  Bi-Weekly, Fully Customized Plan

Initial Interview and Setup:  $85, includes Training Peaks Basic Client Account

Lactate Threshold Field Test and Analysis:  Included annually, $75 for each additional test

Communication:  Up to 3 weekly e-mails; 1 weekly phone call as needed

Training Plan Revisions:  Bi-Weekly, if necessary

Commitment:  3 month block on signup; month-by-month after

Individual Training Rides:  25% discount ($75 for 1.5 hour session)

Power Based Plans:  Yes, if applicable

Heart Rate Based Plans:  Yes

Cost:  $130 Per Month
