From what began as a few teammates in his basement, these sessions have evolved into multi-week classes with capacity crowds. Training with a coach during the cold and dark winter months is the best way to make effective use of your time, and indoor training sessions surrounded by other athletes is very motivating.

The app looks super cool, and the on-demand potential was probably my #1 reason for signing up. I've been so sketchy in my training, I didn't want to count on feeling up to 75 minutes at night. But if I am, I can do them at 5 or 530 instead of 630. Or being able to do them the next morning if I want to, holds a level of promise.

The workouts are all custom designed and can be performed at your own level depending on where you're at in your training program. These programs are for both the beginner and experienced cyclists since you can go at your own level.
Don't worry if you don't want to be on camera...that's NOT requirement. Feel free to leave your video OFF.

- You are really good at keeping it fun/social while gettin it done! That's a delicate balance

- I train mostly solo ...I get a lot out our past trainer sessions at the shop- both fitness wise and socially (i am a social guy) and given the current events, sessions like this help me both physically and emotionally- so my take-aways are continued gains physically and connection with fellow athletes
- Surprisingly, this format is very close to what we do indoors at winter's Cyclecraft sessions
- I appreciate that you have a passion for cycling and what you do. It shows in how you do it and devote yourself to it

Join us for a great block of workouts developed and instructed by Coach Brian Lariviere. Coach Brian has over 15 years of experience conducting trainer classes and now almost two years of conducting virtual trainer classes.
All classes begin at 6:30 pm, but feel free to start early or join in a little late.
Our Thursday classes are a little longer and with a focus more on steady state endurance riding. But as always, you can ride at your own intensity and there's no fear of getting dropped! We'll be warming up for about 5 minutes and I recommend that you ride for a bit longer before the class begins. Likewise, we won't be spending much time cooling down, so please cool down after the class as ended.

Remote Trainer Sessions
When the world was turned on its head in late winter 2020, I wanted to keep people connected and fit. I piloted the program on March 25, 2020 with a handful of participants and it worked great.
Each session will include VISUAL as well as VERBAL directions. The workout is custom designed by Coach Brian and can be performed at your own level depending on where you're at in your training program. These programs are for the beginner and experienced cyclists both.
We suggest you setup your own music for your enjoyment, but in addition to the visual directions, you can setup your screen to also view the other participants so you're looking at real people.
Don't worry if you don't want to be on camera...that's NOT requirement. Feel free to leave your video OFF.
We use ZOOM to broadcast the session. Once you register I'll send you the login credentials. Zoom is free and easy to use.
And if you're a Zwifter, I'll also setup a group ride with the "elastic" ON so we'll all stay together.
Zwift is not required for this class, however.

- The next day my outdoor ride was amazing. Working on the trainer is like swinging a heavy bat.
- You are really good at keeping it fun/social while gettin it done! That's a delicate balance

- I train mostly solo ...I get a lot out our past trainer sessions at the shop- both fitness wise and socially (i am a social guy) and given the current events, sessions like this help me both physically and emotionally- so my take-aways are continued gains physically and connection with fellow athletes

Classes cost $20 each for pre-registration, or $90 pre-registered for the whole set.
Day-of registration is available for $25 but with limited spots, pre-registration is strongly recommended.

These nights will be perfect for the 'cross racer looking to hang on to that form for the remainder of the season, or for any athlete who's interested in keeping or building their fitness in a fun, climate controlled setting.
All you need is a bicycle and an indoor stationary trainer. You'll also want to bring a towel, plenty of fluids, and a change of clothes. Changing rooms are available.
Trainers and bikes are available for rental but must be reserved ahead of time. To reserve yours, contact Brendan from Cycle Craft.
