Coach Brian’s indoor sessions are designed for cyclists who want structured, coach-guided training from the comfort of home. Whether you prefer to ride with a group in real time or train on your own schedule, you’ll have flexible options
Live Virtual Classes
Join Brian and other athletes in real time for a fully guided 75-minute workout. You’ll receive visual and verbal cues, workout targets, and real-time feedback to help you stay on track.
Replay Sessions

If you can’t make the live class, join a replay session offered later the same day—ride with others following the same workout.
On-Demand Library

Access a constantly expanding library of structured workouts at any time. Perfect for athletes with busy or unpredictable schedules.

3. Connect your device and training equipment
4. Join the live, replay, or on-demand session
